I have had a full explanation of the products/goods and the installation and understand all aspects.

• I confirm that the installation has been completed and works to my satisfaction.
• I confirm I that I understand the Product and Workmanship Guarantees from the Retailer named within this document.
• I fully understand I am entering into a credit agreement with the Finance Lender named within this document.
• I confirm all the information on the credit application is accurate and I am not aware of any change in circumstances that would affect my ability to repay this loan.
• I understand that I must pay the minimum monthly payments set out in my credit agreement every month by direct debit but additional capital repayments can be made to reduce the term, the total amount of interest and the total amount payable.
• I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the loan and understood all answers provided.
